This policy describes what personal data the Exponential website handles, why, and for how long. It covers exponential-international.com only.
What we collect
The booking form asks for your name, email address, a department, a preferred time, and an optional message. Submitting the form is the only place this site asks you for personal data. While processing a submission we also see your IP address.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered to us as an email so we can respond to your request. They are not stored in a database, used for marketing lists, or shared beyond the processors listed below.
How long we keep it
The email created from your submission is retained in our mailbox for as long as the enquiry is relevant. Your IP address is held for up to ten minutes in temporary storage, solely to limit repeated submissions, and then expires automatically.
Service providers
The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection via Turnstile, and cookie-free analytics). Form emails are delivered by Resend. Error monitoring, when enabled, is provided by Sentry and receives technical error details, not form contents. Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own data-processing terms.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language choice. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you — in practice, the email your submission created. Write to us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
